Returns
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item in defective or damaged condition, please send us an email at store@visitgreenvillesc.com and we will mail you a new replacement item immediately.
Missing Items
If for some reason you do not receive your order, you must email store@visitgreenvillesc.com within 100 days of purchase to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be issued after 100 days. No exceptions will be made.
